"Grilly Master" charcoal is a product
of deciduous hardwoods (oak, beech, hornbeam) obtained by means
of pyrolysis.
"Grilly Master" charcoal is a combustible, porous, solid
material with high caloricity (31000 kilojoule/kg). Thanks to this
the charcoal releases a lot of heat and does not give an open fire.
On burning the product does not release harmful residues (resin,
pitch, methane, etc.). This is its main advantage and this makes
it highly suitable for domestic use. "Grilly Master" charcoal
is used for fast cooking of different dishes in grills, barbecue
and also for fireplaces.
The
charcoal is packed into 3 and 10 kg paper bags. "Grilly Master"
charcoal 3-kg two-ply bags are most effective for fast preparation
of barbecue and appetizers at picnics. One bag will be enough to
prepare 10-12 kg of barbecue. You will also be able to roast a tremendous
quantity of aubergines!
On
cooking your dishes will not lose their healthy and gustatory qualities.
"Grilly Master" charcoal is made of Transkarpathian wood
and its warmth and magical aura will make your vacation unforgettable.

The
charcoal has been produced at Peretchin Timber-and-Chemical Plant
(Transkarpathian region) for more than 100 years. In 2000 the charcoal
production workshop underwent a total reconstruction which allowed
us to automize completely the technological process and to produce
high quality goods in accordance with the strict standards set by
European and domestic governments. Our plant operates the most advanced
technology of charcoal recovery anywhere in the CIS and this ensures
the total combustion of vapor gases generated and other detrimental
impurities, allows briquetting of fine fractions and the production
of ecologically safe gastronomic charcoal for grilling and brings
the possibility for further activated charcoal production for technical
and pharmaceutical needs.
The charcoal's advantage over common wood has already
been appreciated abroad. The main consumers of our product are Germany,
Holland, Austria, Hungary, Poland, and Spain. The delivery volume
to these countries is up to 50000 tons per year. European community
